Hi Everyone-
Ok, it’s been a few days since the facebook poll, and many of you said you wanted to do a weekly coding challenge! Here is the first one. Please code the CPT and ICD-10-CM code for this report. I will post the answer on Wednesday, August 8th. Also, just so everyone is aware, this is HIPAA compliant. This is not a “real” report and does not contain PHI or identifying info.
